Dag 10 van Super Ranking: Benito wint, Eric Barten en Abdil Loubane profiteren van afwezigheid top 20 spelers.
De 10e speelavond bleek, ondanks het tegenvallende aantal deelnemers, van groot belang m.b.t. de kwalificatiekansen voor de Super Ranking Finaledag II die op 13 maart aanstaande gespeeld wordt en waar de geldprijzen worden verdeeld. Gezien het deelnemersveld was het duidelijk dat Benito van de Pas deze avond favoriet was om te winnen. Dat hij aan het eind ook als winnaar werd gehuldigd gaf aan dat Benito zijn verantwoordelijkheid had genomen en zijn partijen serieus bleef afwerken. De echte winnaars van de avond waren echter mannen als Abdil Loubane, Paul Tesser, Eric Barten en misschien wel Ted Ebbers. Door het ontbreken van een aantal top 20 spelers zagen zij kans om veel rankingpunten te verzamelen en zich in de top 16, kwalificatievoorwaarde voor de finaledag, te nestelen. Met nog een speelavond te gaan betekent dit dat een aantal spelers, die in de veronderstelling waren erbij te zijn, op de laatste speeldag aan de bak moeten om zich te verzekeren van deelname aan de finaledag.

El día 10 era ningún juego, a pesar de la decepcionante número de participantes es de gran importancia en relación con las posibilidades de clasificación para la Super II Clasificación Final el 13 de marzo del próximo juego y donde los premios en efectivo será distribuido. Habida cuenta de los participantes quedó claro que el Benito van de Pas esta noche, era el favorito para ganar.
