Deelnemers en groepsindeling 2e ronde TOP Player Competition bekend

Laatste 16 van TOP Player Competition bekend, loting voor 2e ronde verricht;

Gisterenavond zijn de laatste wedstrijden uit de eerste ronde van de Oranjebar Top Players Competitie gespeeld en kon er gerekend worden wie gekwalificeerd zijn om te spelen in de volgende ronde en hiervoor startgeld ontvangen. Een aantal spelers was al zeker van kwalificatie maar waren toch nieuwsgierig en dus toch aanwezig.

In groep A waren Jordy Terburg en Michel van de Horst al zeker van de volgende ronde. Willem Mandigers en Remon Hurrebrink wisten zich hierbij te voegen. In groep B waren Willy van de Wiel en Benito van de Pas zeker van deelname en zij worden vergezeld door Danny Schellekens en Ed van de Aa. De einduitslag van groep C was bekend; 1. Braulio Roncero, 2. Tokan Ata, 3. Dennis Klamer, 4. Nico Thissen. Uit Groep D konden naast Hermie van Orsouw en Bobby Biemans, Abdil Loubane en Deniz Armut als gekwalificeerden worden bijgeschreven.

Heden middag is de loting verricht voor de indeling van de 4 groepen die in de tweede ronde verder zullen spelen voor de laatste 8 plaatsen in het hoofdtoernooi.
Het speelformat in de 2^e ronde zal bo 5 sets/ bo 5 legs zijn.
